What data do we collect?

Binary Logic collects the following data:

  • Binarylogic.net website - Personal contact details (Name, email address, school name, city, country) only if you choose to contact us through the Contact Us form or the Newsletter subscription form.
  • Eltskills.com, Beltstudysystem.com, Binary-academy.com and regional clones of the platforms - Personal identification information (Name, email address, school name, school address) if you work as a supervisor or teacher in a school that operates our educational platform. For students, we only store their name and class (for the students to be identifiable by their teacher) and their grades.
  • Marketing and training events (online and in-person) - Personal contact details (Name, email address, phone number, address, school name)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Binary Logic with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online, activate teacher and student accounts or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Apply for a school account on our educational platforms.

Binary Logic will keep teachers’ and students’ data for the time period required by the school that works with our educational platforms. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our databases. We may keep anonymised data for development and testing purposes.
